Recent changes
- There is a new public status page at www.wikimediastatus.net. This site shows five automated high-level metrics where you can see the overall health and performance of our wikis' technical environment. It also contains manually-written updates for widespread incidents, which are written as quickly as the engineers are able to do so while also fixing the actual problem. The site is separated from our production infrastructure and hosted by an external service, so that it can be accessed even if the wikis are briefly unavailable. You can read more about this project.
- On Wiktionary wikis, the software to play videos and audio files on pages has now changed. The old player has been removed. Some audio players will become wider after this change. The new player has been a beta feature for over four years. [3][4]

- The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 12 April. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 13 April. It will be on all wikis from 14 April (calendar).

Templat:FlagIOC/FlagIOC2
suntingHello! Can you do something about the Template:FlagIOC/FlagIOC2 regarding the historical flags in that template. Because I see that many of the historical flags don't match with the country alias module. E.g. Hong Kong, Canada, Vietnam, India and Malaya. The Hong Kong flag should match with what they used during the 1954 Asian Games and the Canadian flag should match with what they used during the 1924 Winter Olympics. India's flag should match with what they used in 1934, the Vietnamese flag should match with what they used in 1973 and the Malaysian flag should match with the one they used in 1961. Municipalities of Spain
suntingHi! I'm sorry I don't speak Malay. We have a project here in Spain we call "No Municipality in Spain without a Picture". For some six or seven years, we have been taking pictures of places in Spain. We are less than 40 municipalities short of our target. Right now, you can find pictures in Wikimedia Commons for all municipalities in Spain except for Vegaviana (Cáceres) and a couple of places in Huelva province, all of which will have pictures soon, as thay have already been taken; and twenty-odd places in Salamanca province that we expect to do next autumn.
Paymogo was one of the really difficult ones, as it is far away from all major cities and routes.
So you can put pictures to all articles about Spanish municipalities! B25es (bincang) 06:49, 12 Jun 2022 (UTC)

The historical flags needs to much the years which the competitions was held including the flag of Hong Kong at the 1954 Asian Games and the Flag of Canada at the 1924 Winter Olympics and also the historical flags of Vietnam in 1973 and Malaya in 1961. I think the problem here lies on the way Malay words are arranged i think you use the <event name> and <year> formats opposed to <year> and <event name> format as they have on the English pages. I will give you all the time that you want. I don't think the problem lie in the country alias module and or Country flag IOC alias templates they are functioning properly. Yours sincerely, Sondre 88.88.4.178 21:01, 18 Jun 2022 (UTC)

Please be bold and help translate this article! Statehood Day (Slovene: Dan državnosti) is a holiday that occurs on every 25 June in Slovenia to commemorate the country's declaration of independence from Yugoslavia in 1991. Although the formal declaration of independence did not come until 26 June 1991, Statehood Day is considered to be 25 June since that was the date on which the initial acts regarding independence were passed and Slovenia became independent (Please update the interwiki links on Wikidata of your language version of the article after each week's translation is finished so that all languages are linked to each other.) FlagIOC Template
suntingHello! Is it possible for you to do something regarding the historical flags in the FlagIOC/FlagIOC2 templates and how they are synchronized?. I think the main reason for the problem is how Malaysian words are arranged you use <event name> and <year> opposed to <year> and <event name> as on English pages. I will give you all that time you need to sort out these errors and when you have access to the laptop then it is much easier to solve. Yours sincerely, Sondre 193.161.216.9 20:23, 20 Jun 2022 (UTC)
Modul:Country alias
suntingHello! Can you correYct the Country alias module again. You must use your own language according to the competitions and not English notes. You use <event name> and <year> which is appropiate to your language terms. It should be di Sukan Olimpik Musim Panas and so forth. And year should be Sukan Olimpik Musim Panas 2004. Template:FlagIOC should be synchronized properly with the years of the competitions and not be mixed up with the wrong language. Yours sincerely, Sondre 193.161.216.9 20:18, 23 Jun 2022 (UTC)
FlagIOC template
suntingHello! Can you do something regarding the Country alias module?. The wording creates more confusion Malay words are arranged differently. But I think when you use old templates then things functions badly. The historical flags must be synchronized correctly. The main problem is that the Country flag IOC alias templates are old. See what you can do regarding the module and the historical flags in a whole. Yours sincerely, Sondre 193.161.216.9 09:30, 24 Jun 2022 (UTC)
FlagIOC template
suntingHello! I think tUhe FlagIOC template needs a change to be more compliant with your language. The usage fields needs to be set up in your language and correctly translated. You can't have things in English when it is your language that will only create confusions and misunderstandings. See what you can do regarding the country alias module and also the historical flags in the example section. Yours sincerely, Sondre 09:41, 24 Jun 2022 (UTC) 193.161.216.9 09:41, 24 Jun 2022 (UTC)
Sandbox for the Module Country alias and Module:Country alias/data
suntingHello! Can you create a sandbox regarding the country alias and country alias/data. That tell you how you should use the module more fluently. Also about the fields and parameters and as such. Yours sincerely, Sondre 193.161.216.9 20:16, 24 Jun 2022 (UTC)
